Yes.
Yes, I have.
I ran for Student Council Vice President my 10th grade sophomore year (I think - it was either the 10th or the 9th but I don't think I'd have had the audacity to run my freshman year) in high school.
In true "me" fashion, my campaign slogan was "Walk Like A Champion, Talk Like A Champion".
