Michelle stole my red pen
I will be getting it back from her
I hope she knows
Btw, Michelle's my boss. :)
I find it terribly funny that she's been harassing me about choosing a picture for my office wall. I've been here for going on 3 years and my wall has been empty the entire time. I guess she's sick of it but it doesn't bother me.
I kinda like abstract art anyways. That's not gonna fly in this office. I tried to buckle down and pick a M.onet photo. Doesn't work with any frames.
Like I said, my empty wall doesn't bother me.
I really wanna go to Happy Hour tonight but I have my first grad class (YAY!) tomorrow. I need to be as rested and coherent as possible....right?
Hmmmm... I'll make that decision by 7 o'clock. LOL!
What's the story behind a time when you got locked out?
LOL! Wouldn't this be a question right after I was reminiscing on this constant scenario from my childhood...
When I was but a young girl (I'd say between the ages of 6 and 9), my mom and her sister would ALWAYS forget their respective set of keys to our house.
So how do two women and three little girls gain entry?
It went a little something like this.
Everbody would migrate from the front door to the south side of the house. There was a set of jalousie windows that started at about knee-level. We would all pitch in, giving our strength to pry the windows open from the bottom. Once the windows started opening, we would slide out about 3 or 4 jalousies. When that was done, the choice of who to send through that small space would come up.
It was always either me or Gracie.
Once the decision was made, we would be lifted into the air by my mom and aunt, who took every care to make sure we did not land on the glass and break it. We would slide our little bodys down onto the red couch that was in front of the window on the inside, hop up and unlock the back door next to us, always to a chorus of "YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!"s.
Ahhhhhh, how I miss those days. No bar doors - didn't need 'em. Laughing with my loved ones all the time. The innocence of childhood...
"Microwave Popcorn-a$$ ni@@a$!"
I had to put it here. The day I forget this line will be a sad day for me. LOL!!!!
