June of this year, I got a brand spanking new car. 6 whole miles on it. Fresh to def.
That was June 6, 2007.
Yesterday was August 30, 2007. Here is what happened to my new little car yesterday:
I'm just happy that I wasn't hurt. I have insurance and so does the deacon that caused the accident, so it's all good. Just a car.
But still! Oh well...
Michelle stole my red pen
I will be getting it back from her
I hope she knows
Btw, Michelle's my boss. :)
I find it terribly funny that she's been harassing me about choosing a picture for my office wall. I've been here for going on 3 years and my wall has been empty the entire time. I guess she's sick of it but it doesn't bother me.
I kinda like abstract art anyways. That's not gonna fly in this office. I tried to buckle down and pick a M.onet photo. Doesn't work with any frames.
Like I said, my empty wall doesn't bother me.
I really wanna go to Happy Hour tonight but I have my first grad class (YAY!) tomorrow. I need to be as rested and coherent as possible....right?
Hmmmm... I'll make that decision by 7 o'clock. LOL!

People do many different things to cope with stress, loss, and "bumps in the road". How do you handle stress and hard times?

I take a deep breath, first and foremost.
Then, I might "Walk It Out".
If music is available, I'll turn on something loud and hectic, like "Smiley Faces" by Gnarls Barkley.
If all that doesn't work, I just pray to the Lord to not let me kill nobody and laugh at how upset I actually got.
It works.
